Late Night Appointments

We are pleased to announce that we now have late night opening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to 8pm for nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments.  We hope this will prove beneficial to patients who struggle to make a day time nurse appointments.  You can see our Healthcare Assistant Evie for the following: BP's, Healthchecks, Dementia Screening, Vascular checks, Stroke/TIA checks, Hearing Tests, Mental Health Reviews, Dopplers, B12 injections, ECG's. 

Appointments

A small number of online appointments are available to book. This includes onlline booking for telephone appointments.

We continue to have a very high number of patients who fail to attend appointments they have made each day so please do remember to cancel so they can be offered to other patients who may really need them . You can cancel your appointments online. 
 Online Access to records

We now offer patients limited access to their medical records. We will have further information about this on our website shortly. Please note you will need to provide photographic ID to get the required log on. Please ask reception for more information.

Non-NHS Services

From time to time you may request a report, letter, certificate or medical examination from your doctor. This is outside the core medical services provided by the NHS. You will be asked to pay for these services upfront. Unfortunately we are unable to commence work on reports until the fee has been paid.

If you request information which carries a fee we will try to ascertain if this is really required as in many cases such as application for Attendance Allowance Blue Badge or Housing Benefit the department concerned would request this information directly from us and pay for it. we do not want you to have to pay for information which is unnecessary

Please ask at reception for a list of fees.
